Quick to make and full of flavor, these spiced paneer rolls are perfect for a tasty snack or light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 200 g paneer, cut into strips

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp chaat masala (or mixed herbs)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Tortilla or roti

  • Optional: sliced onions, lettuce, sauce of choice

Directions

  • Heat oil, add paneer strips and sauté until golden.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, and pepper; toss well.
  • Place on a tortilla/roti, add veggies and roll up. Serve warm.

  • This recipe contains too much salt.
