Ingredients
500 g boneless chicken, cut into bite‑size pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 can (400 ml) coconut milk or plain yogurt
1–2 tbsp oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions
