Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup water
3 tbsp curd
Salt to taste
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tbsp cooked, grated beetroot

Fresh Coriander
Finely chopped cucumber
1 tbsp fried groundnuts
Pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
Directions
- In a bowl or jar, add chia seeds, curd, and water.
- Stir very well to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Mix in the grated beetroot, salt, pepper, and cumin powder.
- Stir once before serving to check consistency.
- Add toppings of your choice and serve chilled.
