Ingredients
200 g paneer, cut into strips
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala (or mixed herbs)
Salt & pepper to taste
Tortilla or roti
Optional: sliced onions, lettuce, sauce of choice
Directions
- Heat oil, add paneer strips and sauté until golden.
- Sprinkle lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, and pepper; toss well.
- Place on a tortilla/roti, add veggies and roll up. Serve warm.
